1999 – PharmAgra Labs was founded by Peter Newsome, Ph.D. (former Senior Research Chemist, Rhone-Poulenc) and (the late) Roger Frisbee (former Vice President, Pisgah Labs, Inc.).
2002 – PharmAgra Labs relocated from Arden, NC, to Brevard, NC.
2007 – Construction of a cGMP lab for preparation of APIs was completed.
2009 – First FDA pre-approval inspection (PAI) was completed with no 483s issued.
2019 – PharmAgra Labs, Inc., was acquired by Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical and renamed “Raybow USA.”
